I'm 22, and just got a job where i can start to make some real money. Here is how I plan to invest, just to get started.

Long term: Invest 40% in companies to big too fail. Look for good divedend rates and buy and hold that shit. I still have to learn option trading, and since i dont know how to do that yet, im not trying to fuck around with it yet.

Short term: invest 60% in new companies. Likely to lose a lot of money, but since im young, i can handle the risk. Also i can prevent losses by doing basic research and seeing if a company is a scam. I dont fuck with crypto anyways, so that probably lessens my chances of getting screwed. Im not really trying to do too much day trading, but if the market hands me free money, i mean you got to take that. Ive done a little trading before, but i only had so much success. And when i did, it was only because i held until the stock became profitable.
