The Green Energy Infrastructure Plan of Biden's is massive at 2 trillion.

I wouldn't get too much into solar, but something beaten down like:

WKHS (from 30)
HYLN (from 55)

are decent plays.

Plus, markets are forward thinking. I don't see a future with XOM or HAL.
