This is the thing, all of this can be easily accomplished within a year. You can transform your life within a matter of months.
It only takes about three weeks to form a habit. After that, it's easy and your body becomes accustomed to it.
Things like reading everyday instead of watching TV or playing video games will improve you more than you think.
Change, so others around you can see that you've changed. This will inspire them to do so too. At first, they'll feel compelled to negatively influence you.
This is only because they can't bring themselves to change just yet. Eventually though, like you, they'll want to change too.
They'll become sick and tired of the mundane, every day grind.
Be the leader you wish we had in our government and others will begin to follow.
I know they all overlap and sound liek the same, that's because these points are the most important ones to chagne yourself for a better.
Ignore the incoming haters.
Ignore the paid shitposters trying to stop people becoming better.
