Its not going to help. Plus my wife is a nurse and knows a guy who had the surgery and ended up getting an infection in the bones from all the holes they drill in it. Its recurrent and just keeps coming back, and the guy is basically in a wheelchair crippled for life, hooked on painkillers for the horrible pain in his legs.

You'd be far better off on facemaxing and just dating asian women.
