Thanks for your patience, I have just the thing for you.
You need to go to your local bookstore and find the middle-aged women section and look for the bodice-rippers.
Quite a few of those feature kidnapped heroines who develop complex relationships with their captors.

If you want to skip straight to it and order online, here are some of my personal recommendations.

"The Golden Dynasty" by Kristen Ashley: This novel is part of the Fantasyland series and follows the story of Circe, who is kidnapped and taken to a parallel universe where she becomes the "prize" in a barbaric game of thrones. She forms a complicated relationship with her captor, Lahn, the King of the Golden Dynasty.

"Outlander" by Diana Gabaldon: While not a traditional bodice ripper, this series features elements of time travel, romance, and captivity. Claire Randall, a married combat nurse from 1945, is mysteriously transported back in time to 1743 Scotland, where she becomes embroiled in the Jacobite risings. She forms a complex relationship with Jamie Fraser, a Scottish warrior, after initially being held captive by him.

"Master of the Abyss" by Cherise Sinclair: This is an erotic romance novel that explores themes of BDSM and captivity. The heroine, Marion, finds herself kidnapped and held captive by a mysterious man named Simon. As she gets to know him, she discovers there's more to him than meets the eye, and their relationship evolves into one of mutual trust and desire.
