You can talk stock investments and crypto, without mentioning the actual numbers that you are dealing with. My university friends that I'm still close with have basically always been like this. We'll talk about our personal preferences in investments, what kind of investment accounts to use, etc, but even a decade later we've never once actually mentioned a number of shares or dollar value on anything.
