So if i have 1btc worth of ethereum, and i then borrow 0.25 btc and buy 6.8 eth how is liquidation calculated?

Total eth would be 34.2 eth ( 27.4 before borrowing btc to buy). Is liquidated when the initial position ( 27.4 eth) is worth only 0.25 btc, or when the new entire position ( 34.2 eth) is worth 0.25 btc debt?
