Old school finance guy here first time posting on /biz/
Help me understand crypto asset valuation.
I've been assigned in the crypto team at my financial firm and I'm having a hard time justifying prices of these assets.

I spent a month doing research on this and outside of Bitcoin and Ethereum, I cannot justify valuations of any other asset.

Most of them are simply raising money through token offering, building a product/solution or in the process of building, then generating revenue from them and excluding a select few none of the token asset revenue goes towards asset investors?? WTF?

Even the one which distributes revenues, I did ROI% extrapolation and some of them would need thousands and in some cases millions of year to reach their current valuation.

I am strictly taking about token assets in top 100. I cannot possible in my right conscience recommend any assets bar the first two as good investment to my firm.

How is this not the biggest bubble ready to burst? Looking for some other perspective I'm missing.
