It can PARTIALLY. Imagine you're the chatGPT guys ok? If I go on your website and use chatGPT then RLC CAN'T make sure that on YOUR side you don't record what I say to your chat app... RLC also can't guarantee that some the gov isn't spying on your internet connection and getting the data in CLEAR TEXT before it arrives at the worker. Therefore communication needs to be encrypted before you send it to the worker and the chatGPT guys shouldn't be recording it before it gets encrypted. But once the worker gets the data then it's 100% safe that the worker can't read the data.

Yes, but on top of that they can COLLABORATE because of that, which is huge in itself. They can also with no problems sell their data sets, since they'd always be confident, but people could still use them.

Also what people seem to forget is that you completely sidestep GDCR (I think it's GDCR? Correct me if I'm wrong) guidelines. For instance, if you're a hospital it's ILLEGAL to hand out patient data in order to train data models, BUT if the patient data is 100% private all the time, then it doesn't matter at all. This is HUGE when you think about the potential this could bring to advancing health science, solely based on the fact that we would suddenly have AI models trained on MASSIVE AMOUNTS of healthcare data. This is really really big.
