I've been thinking a lot about shannons demon. What if I use 1x SPX as my bear position, then sell it if it goes down 25% and then I sell and buy 2x SPX

if it goes down another 25% then I sell and buy SPXL and hold forever.

You reduce your position by 50% putting into the lower leveraged tier every year until you reach 100% holdings in SPX x1 again

It literally cannot go tits up...
