>On his stroll through Golden Gate Park, President Xi comes across a homeless man and asks what misfortune befell him.
>"Oh, it's tragic." says the homeless man, "I spent all my money on Chinese fentanyl smuggled across the border from Mexico."
>Xi looks down, ashamed and sorrowful, then gives the man a $100 bill and keeps walking.
>Soon he comes across another homeless man and asks him for his story.
>"It's sad, Mr. President. I kept getting laid off from one job after another as they each got offshored to China in turn. Eventually I couldn't make rent and had to sleep on the street."
>Xi looks down, once more heartbroken at the sad destruction he wrought, and gives the man another $100 bill before resuming his walk.
>Finally he comes across a third homeless man in the park and, before he can get a word out, the bum screams "I INVESTED IN THE CHINESE STOCK MARKET, YOU FUCKER!" and strangles Xi to death.
>Everyone lived happily ever after.
