From my shitty anecdotal evidence it seems to be way more destructive for women's fertility than for men's.
I have several stories in my circle about women having issues, one who was told straight up by a doctor that the vaccine destroyed something related to her ovaries and she is now taking medicine to try and have a child.
I also know the mother of a girl who is around 70 who has her period again.
It looks like janus worked as intended.
