What are some generic corpo jobs you can do with no real specialty that can make you 70k+ a year?

I was a tradie doing painting and drywall for my whole working life and just now got off the tools and into my first office job as a property manager in a large American metro. But the pay is basically the same, and the benefits are worse. I'm on track to barely clear 50k. I don't know if I'll be climbing the ladder at this company though, so I'm considering other options, but I don't know what this experience qualifies me for. All I know is that commercial property management is supposed to make more money with less interpersonal-hassle compared to residential, so that's where people go after a while. But in a big metro there's gotta be about a million of these generic corporate jobs paying 55-65k that you just wouldn't think about unless you had exposure to the industry or knew someone from college who got your foot in the door.
