marriage is only a good idea if you have the upper hand. marry a woman from a really POOR eastern European or latin American country(or a country from which doesn't have an expansive network in your country) who doesn't speak a word of English(or the local language) or even have a diploma. it'll be much harder for her to hire lawyers when "that time" comes.

Also real quick OP faggotry: alright boys I fucked up. I'm a compE major but I took my first year at school to get all my English/history/required elective courses out of the way. I only took 7 courses my entire first year as I also worked a bunch and had pressing external matters that I had to get in check, and I got a 2.7 gpa. Now I have come into some money from a dying grandparent and their generous spouse, and I have a studio with all the funds I need for school, all I have to do is pay my 480$ rent(with utilities, I know the landlord so he hooked it up) and food costs. Can I recover from this first year fuck up? The plan is to go to grad school for either mathematics or compE/EE. Is gpa really all that important or is it more about connections? Are business frats scams or worth it?

What are your current majors, /biz/?
