Has anyone here ever tried growing and marketing spirulina? I'm looking for something to do while I wait for my crypto gamble to pay off. I'm also interested in other healthfoods that I can grow and market, specifically superfoods and stuff that I can forage for, either for nutrition or to market as a holistic cure for hippies and health nuts. I'd probably want to sell at the farmers market I generally way of any goverment licesning/regulation because I don't like talking to people or explaining myself. I have other stuff that I can sell at the farmers market too like Kimchi (great markeup for cabbage and peppers) and fresh moringa olfeifera.

I also have an interest in the herbal supplement industry as a whole. Most of these supplements contain common plants and they end up selling for hundreds of dollars per pound. What kind of capital and what else do you need to get a supplement brand going? I think it's an absolute goldmine. Where I live palmettos grow wild and make berries once a year. People go out and pick them and when demand is high price can reach up to $5 a pound. It's possible to make $500 a day picking berries. The berries are processed into pills and sold at an extremely high markup.

Anyway healthfood/home business general
