Rich chinese know their country is going to shit and want to own property in the western countries that will at least survive the next decade somewhat.

Also chinese aren't inherently bad, hong-kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore have big chink populations and they are doing alright mostly.

China is basically going to descend into a hellish dictatorship that makes modern china look like paradise, or they are going to balkanize and go into another warlord period. If this happens Japan will have hegemony over Asia.
