The obvious ones is vornado and sl green, but there’s problems in all commerical real estate even multi family housing. It’s a huge problem boiling underneath the surface and the media has everybody celebrating like the “banking crisis is ogre!!”... When in reality it’s just starting, I was having lunch with a commerical real estate broker recently since I’m in multi family housing and he was freaking out saying nobody has any clue what’s going on and how bad it is since there’s virtually zero liquidity in the commerical real estate market right now and everyone from banks to owners are shell shocked and nobody knows what to do since nobody knows how to correctly price real estate assets since interest rates doubled. I know a guy who invests in apartment syndications and he received capital calls from two different syndicator’s he’s invested in which is essentially a margin call in the syndication world.
