I like the chart. I'm not sure I like the holdings. These riots should help NAIL, but i would imagine that the market for a lot of these guys will dry up until housing markets start coming back.

I just don't see where the demand for housing will come from nor the credit to finance REITs and personal mortgages. I would treat it as a very short term play.

I felt that way and threw some extra into my brokerage account and put it into gov/muni bond funds/etfs. I'm going to stay cash heavy, i think.
