Should I report it to IRS ? I didn't cash out anything but these crooks gave me the form.
The price dropped from $4900 to $1200, so what should I write in TurboTax ? Should I just use the 1099 misc form provided by coinbase and fill the numbers as it is ?

I'll probably put a few stinky Fiats in, I guess it would kinda be an index exposure for crypto. What do you shills think

So Coinbase is supposed to be going public with a direct listing instead of a traditional IPO. From what I gathered from Investopedia, it means no new shares are going to be created and there is no bank to secure sales or something like that. Does that mean we have to buy shares in Coinbase directly from their website instead of RH/TDA/etc? Newfag to all this stuff, hoping some anon could help clarify.
