I'm proud that I bought my house and car myself.
I don't want an expensive car because I minimize my driving. I don't want an expensive big house, just more to pay on utilities and taxes

consumption is a false god. once I pay my fixed expenses, I don't have many variable expenses, so I put about half my paycheck (after taxes and other takeaways) into my Robinhood.

I think the 'just have fun bro, just spend money' is boomer talk. Actually I feel revulsion when I hear those kinds of things

Happiness is for other people. I work and I grow larger, stronger, less emotional, less connected to the society that surrounds me. I'd like to move away to the mountains somewhere once i make enough money on my own to retire. My main issue is what will I do with all the money if I don't have kids to pass it on to? would take a while to bury it all : /

also Robbie K isn't affiliated with KHC, though he did admit he loved to eat their Mac&Cheese before getting handies from the Chinese girls...

I'd be very sad if any of my KHC shares were ripped away from me at these prices. Under 34 is a hard buy, then keep buying, sit back, and wait for 50+ and hopefully they pump up the dividend as the debt goes down
