Yes, there is enough gold in the Earth to coat the planet, and not just a thin layer but a knee high level. Too bad we will never be able to extract it because it's all below the Earth's crust.

If you're bothered about the value of your precious metals maintaining their value down the line, buy rare and desirable numismatics when they come out. I missed out on the silver Gothic coins a few years ago. You would have got a 2oz coin for about £60 that are no going for £400 in local coin shops.

I have no idea what they think will be achieved by this. All that will happen is turning this into a Barbra Streisand Effect.

>I see a lot of anons posting silver coins inside coin cases. Does silver need to be kept in something sealed in order to preserve its value?
Those silver coins in cases are called proof coins. They are rare minted coins that are given extra care when being made. This means they cost way more than what standard bullion coins cost to make. For more information on proof coins watch this video. Even though it is talking about sovereigns, the video goes into detail the steps mints do to make a proof coin.

>Does it tarnish or anything like that?
Yes. Look up silver milkspots.

Who knows, the parent company is run in the British Virgin Islands (tax haven), so I guess us plebs won't know who the share holders are.
They make nice coins, I try not to worry about anything more than that.
