I use four exchanges, as not all of them have the same coins, but they are all regulated and can be sued by the FCA, which keeps their backoffice in check.

Some exchanges have protection for the trader if there is a scam going on in the background, which protects you. There are groups of PnD going on, discord e.g, so the better exchanges identify these and lock your trade so you don't lose out here.

For Monero I use Plus500, as it offers me decent features - like pips etc - where you don't need programming skills.
