I have mostly been using Robinhood because it's easy af for that (just go to the put/call you would like to sim, expand it, add to watchlist, it will update in realtime as if you'd bought it), but am starting to use thinkorswim some in order to just learn it in general because it's what I plan to use for essentially everything when I start doing live trades.
