i hate my immediate family, they are financially retarded and would suck me down. they're lazy, give in to instant gratification spending with no long term thinking, then complain about the resulting lack of money. my brother is 34 and has no credit card. his wages are garnished because he did not pay back his loan for culinary school. for a while he was doing paycheck cashing services.

there's literally no amount of money that would make me go back to living in that kind of environment for longer than 24 hours. i envy people with parents and immediate family they can get along with, to the point they live comfortably under the same roof to save up for a mortgage down payment. that concept is totally foreign to me.
