I'm pretty sure the plan he's suggesting is getting out of one of these positions once it's more obvious where the long term direction of these fluctuations are going. It's a dumb plan but I can see where he's going with it. If Nasdaq really shits the bed and it's obviously not returning any time soon, then get out of TQQQ, re-invest into SQQQ, and then keep the profit after riding down and paying the loans off. But you'll never time the market right and all it takes is Jpow getting the printer running again or Pelosi dying suddenly for the markets to rally the fuck up and wreck your anus hard.
