Lots of banks have been onboarded to xrp/iso2022 already. The strategy is to have your hand in all pots at the same time so you can't be wrong and account for all eventualities. What if what happens to the shorts is so bad theres a pause on the whole economic system with no time to move anything (pic rel)? We are effectively going to convert theoretical money (their short positions) into realized assets this would shock the system
