What does that have to do with anything? Countries that are housing the most amount of refugees escaping war and famine are other Middle Eastern and African nations. Pic related is Zaatari refugee camp in Jordan. They are already as big as fucking cities. IOTA is talking about making these camps "smarter" and make the living conditions there better so that they don't start fucking dying.

Even from a selfish point of view if you want all the darkies out of Europe, it is still good to help these people because then they won't have the incentive of making their way to Europe. It is what Donald Trump wants too, look into his speeches of how he wants to set up "safe zones" near the war areas.
