That kind of intense experience would either break or make you mentally. I believe that you could get out of it with you head on your shoulders if you grit your teeth, stay lucid, and summon your willpower. That said, it would inarguably do psychological damage to you over time, especially since you'd be in this environment for a couple hundred days. It would change you, for the worse. This avoids the feeling of being trapped. Make the room "yours" to ensure a feeling of safety. And most of all, have a continuous story you have concocted to follow. Speak it aloud, think it, envision it, it doesn't matter. But try to atleast freshen it and expand on it once a week.
