I don't think the devs were trying to rip anyone off, They really are trying to succeed with this project. I think whats happening is they're having a hard time getting people to actually support it. If Trump followers continue to ignore it, then yea this things will tank. I personally have had many projects/investments not work out how I'd hope and it sucks man. I don't think it's fair to paint these guys as scammers, sometimes things just don't go according to plan.
