This is still no doubt part of the east coast. If I can drive <3 hours and be in&around DC, it's east coast friend. West of the Mississippi might be considered midwest, Ohiofags fall into this category I think.

Really, north or east side? I heard those were more crime-heavy and/or a longer commute to downtown areas and etc. most of my friends who've moved to Dicksburgh are in South Side and they seem to like it. Plus I'd rather take drunk college kids over depressed 30yo boomer drones.
