Rock Token (RKT)

>inb4 hurr durr its name is literally REKT why would I buy?
If that's the extent of the investment analysis you conduct I wish you well. I've heard XVG is on the 'verge' of partnering with Apple Google and the US Gov so check that out bro.

Summary:
>low mcap of $32m, been listed since March 1st 2018
>functions similarly to QASH, BNB etc - it's an exchange token for the Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX), but with more applications/uses
>GBX was created by the Gibraltar Stock Exchange, and like Malta (where Binance is located now) the local government is very pro crypto. Gibraltar is already a hub for gaming/gambling companies and financial services firms due to the legal structure and taxes.
>GBX has a range of services on offer now and in the future including new ICO due diligence through 'sponsor firms', fund services (including custody of assets which is a big problem/barrier to entry), tokenized securities
>RKT is required to be used for these services, as well as trading fees (clear economic model) which gives it it's value
>Its leadership is that of the Gibraltar Stock Exchange, who have a lot of experience within finance which will be useful when pitching to institutions.

Similar coins:
QASH - 230m mcap (was as high as 800m during Jan)
BNB - 1378m mcap
>RKT 32m

This is a bet on future institutional adoption of crypto as an asset class. We've seen them get involved with BTC futures but as we all know theres a lot more to crypto than BTC. The main hurdle for many institutions getting in to the extent they would like is the custody & regulation issue, which can be resolved by GBX.

Whilst I'm not sure whether GBX will become the main exchange for instititutions in crypto, it certainly ticks most if not all the boxes an institution would want when picking one. Therefore I think from a risk vs potential return standpoint RKT is an attractive bet to make if you think crypto will become an asset class invested in by institutional money.
