Even putting that money into safe dividend stocks or GICs/CDs from your bank can safely net you like 10 grand per year, if you don't want to get into riskier stocks/cryptos that rely more on speculation.

I'm not memeing or fudding. I don't think I accumulated enough LINK to make it, especially any time soon. With this small stack I also run the risk of HODLing the top and all the way back down to the bottom like 2017 bagholders did trying to chase /madeit/ gains. But thanks to the recent pump I have just enough to cash out and purchase office space for a business idea I've had in mind for a while (Cannot be rental or from home. The office space is integral to the business plan).
The business model is very straightforward, almost plug and play, with extremely high profit margins. I have prior experience and access to customers through helping out a friend in the same industry.
I could conservatively expect to make $40000 profit per year with just one office and could replicate this model 2 more times in the following years before running a significant risk of being forced to take an extended vacation with Jamal, or worse. So, there is an effective hard cap on expansion. I have to stay in my lane to stay in business.
Pros: I finally get to start a real cash business that could comfortably generate $120000 a year in profit after 3 years with very little management required.
Cons: I might miss a real LINK moonshot that all i had to do was wait for, that dwarfs any business gains. There is also a small chance my business fails due to incalculable factors. In which case I would lose everything.

What would the average /biz/inessman do in the scenario i just described? HODL LINK or start a business?
