I know it not new, but Ive been trying to find ways to make less money at a more consistent rate. Right now I feast or famine on options and im basically retarded

Tell me about it, I've been trying to find a way to do this too, the finding a way to make consistent gains. Am absolutely terrified of credit spreads and had a big scare earlier as if I hadn't a few others already. The others I panic closed for a small loss only for them to reverse to a gain. The one time i refuse to panic sell...turns into the only one i should have panic sold. Have been trying many methods but end up not sticking to it long enough. Eg my soxl strategy would alreadly have me up over a 50% gain from about a month ago. Or my tqqq strategy would also have me up a decent chunk. Instead i decide to do credit spreads with low returns and high risk. Of all my strategies this one has terrified me the most.
