I wish I did that during the crash of 2010s. Instead I just wasted all of that time staying poor.

Not letting this chance pass me up again.

Plan on just accumulating even if it takes years to recover and ideally with a dual income. When we finally reach ATH again I plan on taking loans against my gains to buy a big house with a lot of land, preferably in an area with no undesirables anywhere near, and starting a family and putting my kids in private schools.
