Could you somehow make money from the pain in literal sense?

Also make it so that other viewers could tip to cause you pain, and others could donate to ease your pain. Just need to think about it carefully, how it will be as rewarding to viewers as possible, and there must be some gamey aspect to get them hooked and everyone will have a good time. You need to balance it in between viewers having pity on you and wanting to help, but also wanting to punish you and having a laugh at stopping your autistic ranting by a good zap to the nuts.
