Whereas US own citizens have to take massive amount of debts to go to college, while these free loaders get free handouts. I'm from D.C and I'm sick and tired of seeing the massive amount of scholarships opportunities that are solely for black people.

I'm a White blonde man with 4.0 GPA at local community college and I could not get a single scholarship for a transfer school. My parents aren't rich and they are not going to pay for my education either. Most of my Ethiopian classsmates were awarded "Black based scholarships". Ironically, they are not even black, they are "African"

What I understand in terms of providing Liquidity:
