Yes, you can have both silver and anything else, including mining stocks and bitcoin, but was it worth it to keep the bitcoin or mining stocks instead of selling at the top and having more physical silver?
The silver price manipulation can easily lead to bankrupting the mining companies, nationalizations can happen too, while the physical metal can only go up, in the worse case it stays the same.
In deeply uncertain times you want stability not risks.
