Yes, it is an argument. That is what Dutchdude is saying, he's saying XBY is vaporware, therefore it is a scam. What I'm saying is that if you are going to call XBY a scam, then half the market is a scam, and you should talk about that as well. But see, this isnt about alerting people about anything, its about a personal bias and a personal vendetta.

The idea of "real tech" itself is an irrelevant argument in a market that values ideas almost as much as it values real tech.

Didn't read what I wrote. I said that if they wanted to dump they would have done a long time ago by getting this on Bittrex and dumping it when it pumped during the Static node registrations. Pretty simple. They would have dumped and ran. Thats suggesting that the devs have a significant amount, which Borz has stated that he does not have that much. Only CCrev has an estimated 25 Mil.

Damn straight that's an argument. There are far more effective ways to run a scam, period. Why would I hype up a coin and then not put it on Bittrex? Why not do an ICO and run with the money like so many scams in the past?

In fact, why not release this shit with a Whitepaper and roadmap to get everyone super excited? Instead it releases with no Whitepaper? We all know Whitepapers generate buzz and excitement. In the ANN it states "THIS IS A HIGH RISK INVESTMENT". Would a scam put that? Really?
Doesn't add up, Mr. Not An Argument. There are tons of things that do not add up.

The bottom line is this: We don't know if its a scam. There is not enough evidence. So calling it a scam is FUD, plain and simple.
