You probably came in when the Don-Da-Hoe came into town, guy pretty much took a shit on eBay and hopped over to Paypal.

He's the one that took away seller's privileges to leave negative feedbacks on bad buyers, defect system, etc.

New guy looks like he might be able to bring things back...

>Newly appointed CEO Devin Wenig said in an interview Thursday that eBay would focus on getting back to its roots by building a website for mom-and-pop retailers to sell their goods -- whether it be refurbished electronics from the garage or a line of boutique designer clothes.

That's how they get you, show you that it sells with their 5 eBay accounts. Then when you buy the lot and sell one, you can't ask your bank for a refund since you're missing one.

Then your acc goes to shit.

I remember when I bought some expensive limited edition items and paypal tried taking it out of my bank 3 times.

Charged overdraft fees x3 ($35 each).

My paypal account was neg'd over $1,000 and my bank was neg'd as well.

Took some time but I finally got it settled.

But you sir, you are fucked.
Who sells digital goods through Paypal? You should've known this.

So you're just asking to get a box of paperclips returned when the buyer claims bad IMEI/ESN

>>792488
Looks more legit than that other site, at least here they sell refurb/broken.

Exactly, think you've also heard that eBay started featuring their items in front of every search result while everyone is set to "Best Offer".

How can the Best Offer be the guy that mails to you a whole month later and doesn't even understand 1/2 your language?

Amazon hasn't failed us yet, Amazon really is the only place to be right now, it has everything you need..everything.

>Mfw I just found out Amazon tried buying USPS to save it from losing 1B a year, but the Govt. denied the 70B+ pay because they didn't want a private company owning USPS (seeing Amazon would profit so much/being able to deliver your packages sooner/get rid of the slobs at the post office by offering giant drop off boxes/delivering your latte with your mail).

exactly, even my own co-workers would lie to me telling me there weren't any shipments and I would be able to work outside with people, but of course it was a clever ruse.

The whole time I worked there I never was able to work the register (main reason I wanted to work there). Like they didn't trust me with the 20 cameras staring at me.

there really isn't anything out there anymore, you're either

Basically depends on who you know, or if you're a qt with a nice rack.

I read it and ignored it for so many reasons;

>Infringement
>Litigations for all <3

He's trying to create a chat room/kik in which users will be able to create groups/random chats where they share each others music. Sounds like a failure full of spam/unsigned artists, EVEN if there weren't any lawsuits to follow for sharing music without the owner's permission.

Let's just hope eBay doesn't suck up to it. That's just pathetic...

Think I already said this but similar situation with a BAD iCloud iPhone I sold, woman didn't read the title or description yelling BAD iCloud, later on asks what that means after it's on it's way. She returned and I got to keep both the $$$ and iPhone.

That is true, but hey you prob got a defect and haven't noticed yet, keep calling in if you want it gone. Only way IMO, even as a power seller I get treated like shit.

Now if he were selling things that were shipped via DHL, eBay might (MIGHT) let him slide seeing that the shipping speed would be similar to that of U.S. orders. But you're selling Jewelry...Chinese Jewelry at that....so DHL doesn't even seem like an option.

Excactly, it's good business but you come across these idiots. This is why if anyone asks me a question about something like a laptop, I automatically just block them and move on. Then they start asking why they can't buy, ITS BECAUSE YOU'RE AN IDIOT THAT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO READ A DESCRIPTION.

Also, you shouldn't have accepted the return. Remember t call eBay's escalation dept for shit like this BEFORE it gets out of hand.

lol...hey at least he's smart enough to ask here instead of /b/.

OP don't listen to any of these Palringo scammers and don't sign up for any 5linx/AVN pyramid scheme things that make you sign up people.

Just find something that works and stick with it, no one here will simply hand out their business layout for you...I've done is many times but I don't feel like typing out what I do right now.
