Oh fuck off, I sold this piece of shit at a loss last month.

I had 160 at peak in my wallet. All profit except 15k. I'm down to ~50k
Almost all gains from early bitcoin investment. I have currently some in ethereum, cardano, tezos, shiba inu, Solana, stellar Lumins.
I tried to get in on the terra luna, thought it would go up again because I thought the missing money had not been spent.

Pretty much everything I have done except bitcoin has been a mistake. Any advice for making solid gains would be appreciated.

I co owned 3 homes with my brother, 2 with mortgages, but sold one in 2014 to buy crypto with my gains.
We need up with 3 because we bought a home with mortgage, mom died and got her place, which was paid off shortly after. 3rd place we got with mortgage as investment.
I'm in Arizona though and my skin crawls at left wing tenant laws. I have always rented below market value and been very flexible. Bad tenants are a nightmare scenario. The 3rd home lost or broke even most years. I eventually got a manager that takes 10% so I don't have to deal with bullshit. But manager + hoa fee+ taxes + mortgage and insurance I was making about 150 to 200$ a month. But shortly after buying the AC got pillaged by a hobo and insurance didn't cover the part, was 5,000$ in the negative. We sold the place 45,000$ above what we bought but taxes, fees and repairs ate like half of it.

In this market I would look specifically at your area, sell if it's got a mortgage and it's an extra over sold market. Then take the money and buy a better market closet to landing.

I'm 35 better off than most. Co owned 3 homes with my brother, 2 had mortgages. We sold one in 2014 for 20,000 net profit. Had 160k in crypto at peak. It's down to around 55k. Have about 850,000k worth in the two co owned homes. 70k left on mortgage. Have I think 120k in personal savings and investments.
I have a shit job that pays minimum wage. I have poor heath and Aspergers so I doubt I will get married. Have had women offer sex, but turned them down because they were not at all close to marriage material. Not sure if that makes me an incel but I don't care a whole lot. I like being alone and I always loose way more than I put in with dating.
