Why don't people just take out student loans, and then immediately use the money to start a business or do whatever the fuck they want? I have $70k in student loan debt and the degree wasn't even close to worth it. If I had just taken that cash and spent four years investing and starting businesses, I guarantee I'd be rich right now. I'm sure plenty of you could do the same. Hell, even if I blew it all on hookers and coke, I'm sure I'd have less regrets. College is literally the worst way to spend that money.

What the FUCK am I supposed to do? They want me to start paying this shit back in January. I make $2k a month. And even if I was making double this, the idea of literally just throwing away ~$1k per month paying back loans is fucking soul-crushing.

I only got into crypto a few weeks ago, bought IOTA, REQ, XRB and ICX. I made some sweet gains immediately with XRB but then made my first big mistake by fomoing and trading part of it for BNTY, which I now realize is probably a shitcoin.

My plan now is to put a few hundred bucks more in, withdraw everything to wallets and then hodl and try to forget about it. I only want to pay off my student loans, I don't need a lambo or whatever.

Should I get more REQ? ICX? LINK?

Like I said, I don't need moon missions, PnDs or shitcoins, something safe and comfy will do.

Hey /biz/, I wanna hear your experiences with student loans. I'm going tomorrow to the financial aid office to take a small one out ($1,500) for the first time to cover an extra class this semester, and I'm feeling nervous. I think I may need more down the line, but I've been trying to put this off as long as I could and I feel sad about it. Cheer me up /biz/, and tell me your stories.

I have about $59k in student debt to Navient. Paying it off monthly is draining me dry, I try to pay over the monthly amount but food/rent/utilities all need their piece of the pie as well.

How do I get rid of this awful mistake, my degree (advertising) did shit for me to get a job now I'm working as a telemarketer and I can feel my soul dying.

Guys, I'm at a loss. Which company should I take private student loans from? Was considering Sallie Mae, but then I saw what everyone had to say about that company.
