>You are complaining that the original wallet can only hold a few coins but it was released before the shitcoin casino took off and people didn't want a device that could hold lots of coins
Short sighted and stupid imo.
Memory can't possibly be that expensive to plan ahead in case the few coins like BTC/ETH/XMR got many advanced features in 5 years or so. The device works, it feels sturdy, but I do think it was a stupid decision to give them such a small amount of memory that there was zero wiggle room. Maybe hindsight is 20/20 and they expected there to be no more than 4 coins people could ever care about which mostly makes sense if you believe in your investment, but they should have probably hedged against the idea that maybe just maybe there was a high likelihood for more demand in a few years. It seems like such an obvious thing to consider when making a somewhat future-proof device. Stupid or malicious, who knows.

>It has five times more available storage space for apps compared to Ledger Nano S, though the number of apps that can be installed depends on the size of the apps.
I bet in a few years people will complain Nano X being too small and they'll buy a new one. Almost has to be intentional at that point. "We were wrong once, but surely this won't happen again if existing platforms or new ones become vastly more advanced and bloated!". You see my point? Or am I just a bitter old hag?
