Reverting to the older model on ComputerShared shows the crime clear as day. Those misses in Q1 and Q2 represent hedgies DRSing borrowed shares and unDRSing them in Q3.

It doesn't explain the data in detail. We saw two quarters of reported DRS being way above the estimate and then smashing right back down to alignment. Hedgies borrowing shares in Q1-2 to DRS and rugpull in Q3 does fit the data.

The ComputerShared guy reverted a change to his model and all of a sudden the hedgie DRS shenanigans are exposed clear as day on Q1 and Q2, with Q3 lining right back up with the model. Pump and dump attempt SEEN and DENIED.
