They are going bankrupt, probably a Ch 11 situation. I imagine their $200mm of inventories get liquidated at 50-80 cents on the dollar (it is fake meat that costs more than the real thing). Not sure what the fixed assets go for. Whole business is a case study in zero interest rate phenomena
