Ok can anyone tell me about the idea that altcoins only run at BTC all time high, but are most likely now to "continue bleeding back to BTC." I mean its conventional wisdom, but I just saw Alts explode in January, some 2-3X. Was this a one off?

I don't understand the conventional wisdom when the opposite just happened.
