I think it's going to go up a fair bit. The herd thinks this is a temporary issue for to a virus. The virus will be held at Bay for a while. Meanwhile the market was set to cash before the virus hit, bailouts started September.
Next week might be safe to buy in. But April earnings are coming and the supply chain problems haven't hit yet here.
Then comes the mass hospitalizations... Who knows when that starts but when it does there will be a new and bigger panic.
I really can't tell you but look at 2007-2009 stock market and understand it went up for months at a time on the way down.
I am thinking buy in April, sell again before the virus really hits (assuming they manage to push back the crisis). But China complicates this. If they reopen, they give the world a preview of what will happen when America reopens. And I don't know if Americans will put up with quarantine for 8 months before the election.

There is going to be mass panic and death. Trump's plan is to put off the death until after the election. Simple as. Then they'll act surprised.
Summer will put a dent in the virus. Closing schools for the year as well. People will get used to it, thinking it will clear up by next year.
Come November, Trump wins. Market is optimistic... Then schools reopen, winter hits, parabolic in December. Market falls another 50%. Many many deaths.
Like 2008, it will take over a year to see the bottom. But you will see it. 2021 will have the bottom. Probably February
