How do you guys feel about investing in big dividend stocks like Reits and Finance ? Some of them have pretty big monthly dividends, but i don't have much seed money. I've held some oil stocks that have run bigly so thinking of taking profits and putting them in div stocks like MORL or CPTA

TMV
and a few pennie stocks for fun. I feel like im not diversified enough right now, is diverification important to you guys?
