Honestly? My motivation comes from how I had a part-time job as a food runner once in high school for a couple of months. That shit was SO fucking demoralizing and terrible that I vowed to always succeed financially.
You see the true nature of people as a wageslave, and most people just automatically treat you like garbage -- talking some bottom caste south indian barely human tier servant.

The memories are still burned in my head of JUST how rude and nasty 99% of people are when you're nothing but a wageshit to them. Never fucking again.

the upcoming housing market collapse is going to be fucking cataclysmic -- it's hard to really imagine the scale. Like yeah, interest rates super low, there's never a bad time to buy property, yadda yadda, but holy fuck these prices -- and even more indicative, the mania around housing -- are straight-up peak 07/08 tier.
Not good signs that prices got jacked up like 20%+ in some places during a fucking pandemic, and that people are willing to buy houses for like $50K+ markup over the phone without even wanting to see them.

Invest in yourself. The 30s truly are the new 20's. Save money and invest, don't get FOMO of missing out on that decade, because if you do things competently (not even talking investing moonshot shit, just working up at a job) you'll have like double the salary, general buying power, and maturity at 30-35 than you did at 20-25. If you feel the need for higher education, do it online, as cheaply as possible from a regionally accredited university -- don't get a graduate degree ever.
> t. graduated college in 2008, couldn't get a single fucking job, thought a (((graduate degree))) would help, graduated in 2011 with ton of debt, STILL couldn't get a job for a full year and finally got one starting at $41-fucking-K a year.
I'm making $90K now been with the same company 8 years, close to debt free too.

This.
I'm taking my 30K that I'm sitting on cash and buying in at open tomorrow. I can make the money back if it fails, but I'm fucking sick of missing out on everything... BTC, ETH, 2020 drop, 2020 recovery, GME the past few days, etc.
