just watched this video here where sergey is talking to vitalik about linking public decentralised networks (ethereum) to private blockchains and other off chain resources. it didnt seem like there has been much discussion at all between the two on this topic at all before now and vitalik seemed very unenthusiastic about the whole thing. it starts at about 33:20 and goes until about 39:50. curious to get other anons’ thoughts about this talk and what it might mean
