1. There's a waiting list to get in on a franchise
2. Because of the long wait list they always choose the financial managers/executives/people with experience running businesses
3. They want people with a lot more liquid than 250k
4. They want someone to manage the place, not have someone INVEST in a manager to do the work for them= pain in the ass = flipping burgers when the cook is sick
5. On average you make 5 grand a day, but that money will go to wages, royalty expenses, cleaning contracts etc.

Basically you'll make a comfortable living but you won't be pulling in 2 million a year. But you'll have to actually go in and work doing 9-5 every day, and if the CEO or executives tell you to remodel, you have to remodel.

Now if I had 750k cash would I put it on a franchise ? Fuck no.
